Indeed. There is no knowing 'just how' another feels. Our grief - our mourning - is as individual as we are. How we experience that place cannot be foretold. Every time you pull back the curtain to give a glimpse of that place I send a prayer for you.

Healing is always painful. I like the verse you shared. It makes me think of what a encouragement we are to others who share similar grief.

That is so true... Nobody can experience grief that someone else is going through UNLESS they have gone through it themselves.

Hugs,
Betsy

Hi Snap,
a wonderful place with serenity and peace. But to heal a loss one need other humans. Time heals all wounds, but it lasts long. I wish you a good mood, good friends and a feeling for the miracles of Christmas time.
Hugs and greetings, Johanna

Grief, that quote really defines it. We walk through life thinking we have problems...until that day when we lose a Beloved. We go to a place that we had no idea would be so difficult to recover from.

This photograph so defines grief. I believe that once we have recovered from losing that special soul, when we know someone else we care about is recovering, we immediately remember that place, that feeling, that compassion.

You have been such an inspiration to me.

A beautiful quote. Though you may have sadness in your heart, I love the smile on your face and the way you fill your life.
